about this team


The Enterprise Planning team is one of lululemon's strategic support teams which enables the achievement of lululemon’s strategic priorities. The team provides strategic planning and implementation support, as well as integrated operations and enterprise initiative delivery management across the business.


core responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end delivery for complex priority enterprise initiatives in partnership with large, cross-functional teams across the organization.

  • Develop project plans, roadmaps, calendars, and workback plans to provide timely status updates.

  • Create, implement and operate governance structures.

  • Identify cross-functional dependencies, risks and corresponding mitigation actions.

  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement and communication.

  • Build trusting relationships and drive momentum with cross-functional partners.

  • Facilitate critical conversations and decision-making.


qualifications


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading complex and highly cross-functional projects and / or programs.

  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities, under tight timelines.

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and comfortable communicating to various levels of leaders.

  • Self-motivated, passionate, and detail-oriented multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills.

  • University Degree in Business, Operations Management or similar preferred.

  • Project management certificates and / or certification would be an asset.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
