about this team:

Ecommerce Production & Operations: We are visual educators for product fit, function and fashion. We integrate design vision and merchandising strategies. We execute the creative strategy for our ecommerce Product Display Packages and lead the use of product as a tool to educate and inspire our guest. We deliver best-in-industry ecommerce imagery that meets global creative and commercial objectives and ensure sample availability to meet the needs of global teams.

 

a day in the life:

  • Ensure smooth flow of merchandise throughout all stages of ecommerce photo/video production: receiving, on-set production, post-production, and storage
  • Support ecommerce growth globally through operational and organizational management of 10,000 samples per season
  • Support DC orders for ecommerce TOP samples not received by factory vendors ahead of ongoing shoot dates
  • Reallocate samples to sample exit according to sell-through and relevancy; lead operations of quarterly studio sample sales to support department funding and connection with local collective



Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of lululemon product, including fabric, form, function, and styling
  • Ability to understand the unique product flow that drives our business - Aptitude for troubleshooting challenges and providing thoughtful solves when roadblocks arise - Comfortable with tackling and prioritizing a dynamic workload
  • Strong communication and administration skills
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and amazingly organized
  • Educator and/or Keyleader experience with lululemon stores is an asset

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,300-$72,600 USDannually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
