a day in the life: what you’ll do 

  • Be a primary conduit between our studio and cross-functional partners, including styling, to deliver against capsule collections and PDP requests
  • Support business objectives by ensuring that product is received, and readily-available, for all studio shoots. Problem solve for missing or late samples to ensure we always meet business critical drop dates
  • Support the planning and coordination of merchandise prep projects for our Global Brand Creative team, including Style Outs and other Editorial shoots
  • Place DC orders for ecommerce shipment samples not received by factory vendors ahead of ongoing shoot dates
  • Maintain bi-weekly sample reports and partner with Sample Operations to ensure vendor compliance for shipment and ordered samples
  • Support Ecommerce Merchandise Coordinators with sample organization to ensure smooth flow of merchandise throughout all stages of ecommerce photo/video production: receiving, on-set production, post-production, and storage
  • Manage the sample exit strategy at the studio, including guidance, planning and merchandise support
  • Partner with Digital Asset Lead to manage seasonal PDP duplicates, and ongoing image duplication requests
  • Drive communication and functional alignment around sibling product styles and sample discrepancies

 

qualifications 

  • 3-5 years of production, operations, and retail experience 
  • Background in fashion or product merchandising is a plus
  • Detailed knowledge of lululemon product, including fabric, form, and function
  • Proficient use of MS Excel, Sharepoint and Smartsheet

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000-$86,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
