About this team:

The Brand and Product Activation Organization Team Operations team is responsible for the governance of strategic projects and annual enterprise planning and budgeting processes across the Brand & Product Activation Organization.



A day in the life:

The Manager, Product Team Operations, is responsible for leading a team and managing annual processes across BPAO, managing risks and statuses for critical projects, the annual operating calendar, resource planning and analysis frameworks, and driving key strategic projects for the Brand and Product Activation Organization, including all North American and international offices. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the BPAO Team Operations team and guides their team to develop their skills and deliver on business priorities.


· Drive the creation and execution of annual processes across the BPA Organization (e.g. BoD prep, AOP, OKR).

· Drive coordination across BPA organization for all in year budget management

· Create annual workforce planning toolkits for functional leaders to leverage during AOP planning cycles

· Enabling visibility into key events and milestones across the enterprise through the creation and maintenance of the Operating Calendar

· Advising on workplace and building projects to create equitable employee experiences across teams.

· Coordinate and manage projects related to team location strategies to support equitable employee experiences

· Drive action and status management across BPA Organization through the action tracker

· In partnership with P&C drive action creation and communication against employee pulse results for BPAO



Skills and Qualifications:

- 8-10 years of experience, combination of people management and industry experience, leading employee programs or operations

- Experience working and managing programs for a global organization

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to enroll, lead and influence Senior leadership

- Strong analytical skills to support strategic and data driven workforce planning

- Strong background in organizational planning tools and calendar management

- Knowledge of Smartsheet and Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel

- Exceptional organization and time management skills, with high attention to detail and professional communications

- Ability to assess risk, align with business partners, leaders, and possess strong decision-making abilities

- Ability to lead teams and create strong working relationships across a global team

- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $107,500 - $141,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
