about this team

The Digital Product Management team is a key part of the overall Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support Team. This team will work to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevated online guest experience for Geography & Channel, working closely with partners in Technology, UX and Operations. This role specifically supports our commerce and transaction services, developing scalable digital platforms and services that powers cart, checkout, promotions, payments, and order submission across global markets and guest touchpoints.

 

core responsibilities

  • Responsible for understanding how your specific product aligns with the overall business/company strategy, what guest/business problems need to be solved, and what inputs are required.
  • Responsible for creating and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new features for one or more mid-scale and mid-complexity products.
  • Document high-level requirements, acceptance criteria, and KPIs that push the product strategy forward and achieve key objectives.
  • Attend, participate, and lead agile ceremonies, and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders for digital products supporting checkout, cart, payments, promotions, and core commerce services across global markets.
  • Make data-informed decisions based on a sound understanding of organizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, benchmarks, industry reporting, and emerging trends.
  • Measure and report on the success of features and enhancements that are delivered in support of commerce services and digital transaction capabilities at a global scale.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to iterate solutions to find the perfect balance of customer & business value and level of effort.
  • Define and size features; participate in sizing sessions.
  • Ensure a continuous cycle of feedback from stakeholders and guests is integrated into the product planning and development process through backlog grooming, refinement, and prioritization activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to understand requirements and account for them in solution design and prioritization.
  • Partner with the technology team on training and rollout of new features to regional and global business users.
  • Identify and lead change management activities to support rollout to impacted stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Planning, Supply Chain, Payments, and Technology to build shared solutions that scale across global markets and digital platforms.
  • Drive delivery of core commerce services and tools including cart, checkout, payments, promotions, order submission, and integrations with surrounding systems.
  • Support the transition from manual and interim tools to automated, scalable platform experiences.


qualifications

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience with an emphasis on delivering guest-facing commerce applications or digital transaction services. Up to 3 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of product management experience.
  • Minimum BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience with digital technologies, e-commerce, payments, APIs, and modern platforms that enable seamless, secure, and scalable commerce experiences and or or multi-region rollout is strongly preferred.
  • Preference for candidates who have experience working on products with end users outside North America, in an Agile Scrum environment, and familiarity with modern commerce platforms or cloud services.
  • Strong core consulting skills, with a demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to drive results independently while thriving in collaborative environments.
  • Deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting, and acting on productive feedback.
  • Strong ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership: mentorship, clarity of purpose, motivated, relentless execution.
  • Experience leading product teams with diverse skill sets, across global locations, with both direct and indirect reporting relationships.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,800-$138,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
