about this team

The Product Management team is a key part of the overall Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support Team. This team will work to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevated online guest and employee experience for Guest Support, working closely with partners in Technology, UX and Operations.

 

a day in the life: what you’ll do 

  • Defines features & maps them to opportunities based on product scope with medium support  
  • Responsible - Sizes features (Guest & Business Impact - Org &Technology Impact) and participates in sizing sessions for small to midsize products or projects 
  • Inputs into feature prioritization & sequencing for small to midsize product or projects 
  • Defines a requirement, in accordance with an agreed upon structure with minimal support for small to midsize products or projects 
  • Understands the hierarchy of work and work products and can define Epics & User Stories 
  • Defines metrics for their work output within a defined measurement framework and can map these to KPIs / OKRs 
  • Can assess performance of work output and identify the need to adjust plans and replan work for small to midsize products or projects 
  • Inputs into & documents cross functional communications materials 
  • Inputs into roadmap & planning communications materials for small to midsize product or projects 
  • Leads agile ceremonies & meetings 

 

qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of product management experience with an emphasis on delivering customer service or workforce management applications . Up to 2 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of product management experience. 
  • Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred) 
  • Experience with customer service  /CRM technologies, workforce management, forecasting & analytics, and Contact Centre as a Service technologies
  • Preference for candidates who have experience working on products with end users outside North America, on an Agile Scrum team, and familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud 
  • Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills) 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations. 
  • Ability to drive results independently but thrives in collaborative environments 
  • Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting, and acting on productive feedback 
  • Desire and ability to learn quickly and work in an agile environment 
  • Demonstrated leadership; mentorship, visionary, clarity of purpose, motivated, relentless execution 
  • Experience leading product teams with diverse range of skill sets, locations and direct and in-direct reporting relationships

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $$105,800-$138,800 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
