The Program Manager will oversee and lead the coordination, implementation, and growth of the AP Specialist & AP Security Coordinator Programs across our retail locations. In collaboration with the Asset Protection Manager and other key stakeholders, the Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and adjusting strategies to drive effectiveness of AP Specialists and Security in our stores.

A day in the life:

The Program Manager for the Asset Protection Specialist & Asset Protection Security Coordinator develops strategies, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures proper resource allocation and training to meet program objectives. They monitor performance, conduct SOP audits, manage compliance, and support global program implementation, while collaborating with stakeholders to adjust strategies based on data and effectiveness.

  • Strategy Development: Establish program goals, create a detailed onboarding and implementation plan, outline timelines and milestones, assess risks and turnover actions, and define KPIs to track success.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and all team members are aligned with program objectives.
  • Resource & Training Management: Allocate necessary resources and technology access, while creating, coordinating, and executing the program training needs.
  • SOP Audit & Scheduling: Conduct routine SOP audits and partner with the AP Manager to create and manage the schedule, ensuring the consistent application of AP measures.
  • Communication, Monitoring, and Compliance: Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders, monitor KPIs, track role effectiveness in-store, adjust strategies alongside the AP Manager based on performance, data, and reporting.
  • Global Support: Support in launching the AP Specialist & AP Security Coordinator Program globally, providing high-level learnings and key resources to implement the program successfully.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in retail, security, or asset protection environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of risk management, loss prevention strategies, and compliance.
  • Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with asset protection technology, including surveillance systems, inventory control tools, and a relevant Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

Compensation and benefits package: 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in apay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500- $135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy:  

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
