Our Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support team is responsible for lululemon’s global online and omni channels and experiences, including our website and mobile apps, retail technology, call centre, digital user experience, digital products, and analytics. As the owners of all things digital, as well as omni systems and experiences, our team are close partners to our technology and retail teams.


The Portfolio Governance and Planning function is a key part of the overall Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support team. The Portfolio Governance & Planning function enables effective, efficient, consistent planning and governance of work and initiatives across all Global Digital, Omni and Guest Support portfolios and cross-functional teams in tight partnership with technology and our business partners.


a day in the life: key responsibilities

The Program Manager, Digital Portfolio Management will support the Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support Portfolio to enable key programs and cross-functional initiatives that span across all portfolios


  • Support the development and enablement of a governance model and programs to ensure standardization across Global Digital, Omni, and Guest Support portfolios.
  • Manage and enable a structure and framework to provide a consistent taxonomy in how work is defined and aligned to business priorities to enable annual planning and decision making
  • Establish standard frameworks, tools, processes and mechanisms to track initiative status, monitor portfolio health, surface dependencies and risks
  • Develop, manage and coordinate maintenance of a workback plan of key events, milestones and deadlines
  • Build, communicate and roll-out new processes and programs to drive adoption and consistent execution
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for senior leadership team to make informed decisions to steer work across portfolios
  • Partner with other functional portfolio leaders and technology stakeholders to co-create a one shared governance framework and shared ways of working


qualifications

  • Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university in business operations or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • 5 to 8 years of related experience in program management and change management with a track record of working across multiple portfolios within large-scale, complex organizations.
  • Experience with Agile portfolio management and a strong understanding of how Initiatives, Themes, Epics, and Stories align to and drive strategic goals
  • Experience working with systems and/or with technical teams seen as an asset
  • Passion for developing new ways of working with creativity and flexibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to develop executive-ready presentations, communications and deliverables
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional relationship-building skills
  • Ability to drive results independently and collaboratively as a team player
  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, self-starter and results driven
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and is resilience to change

Compensation and Benefits Package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - 135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
