FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. a day in the life:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Financial Planning, the Senior Manager, Supply Chain FP&A is responsible for leading a high performing team of Analysts in the execution of all financial planning and analysis activities including our Annual Operating Plan, monthly rolling forecast, variance analysis, long range planning and decision making support for key strategic investments within Supply Chain. This is a complex role that requires an adept skill in connecting Supply Chain operations to financial impact.Scope of responsibility includes:

  •  Supply Chain capital planning and SG&A, Sustainability SG&A and North America Outbound Logistics.
  •  In-year financial governance including tracking KPIs to monitor performance associated with key strategic investments.

 

qualifications:

  •  8+ years of progressive finance, financial analysis, and reporting experience with a fast-paced business.
  • Prior experience leading and developing a high performance team. 
  • Supply Chain & retail industry experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to proactively plan and prioritize tasks for team.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to distill complex information in a clear and concise manner to an Executive audience.
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented and takes pride in quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or similar
  • Oracle EPM and PowerBI experience is a plus.
  • Strong financial background and expert knowledge of Excel is required.

Compensation and Benefits Package  

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $134,100-$176,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
