As the Senior Manager, Program Management, you will successfully manage Delivery Enablement for Global Digital, GETE, Retail Omni.
Reporting to the Director, TPMO, The Senior Manager, Program Management role will lead and support key cross-functional initiatives within our technology organization. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of programs that align with business and technology objectives. You will work closely with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to facilitate portfolio planning / prioritization and provide standards/guidelines for portfolios to ensure successful impact and of technology to drive the business forward.
This position involves managing program roadmaps, tracking budgets, risks, and resources, and ensuring alignment with broader business goals. You will help deliver standardized technology processes to enable program delivery, provide portfolio insights to senior leadership, and drive collaboration across teams to ensure successful outcomes. In this organization, you will oversee a team of Technical Program Managers and play a leadership role with Portfolio Management workstream, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
As a key contributor to Lululemon’s strategic initiatives, you will work closely with Technology Leadership and key business stakeholders to prioritize, address challenges, and ensure that portfolios deliver meaningful business value.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $158,900-$208,500 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
