About this team
The APAC Brand Creative Operations team is a partner to the Brand Creative team and is tasked with enabling best-in-class brand storytelling and creative experiences. This team owns operationalizing the creative process to deliver creative campaigns and initiatives.

day in the life:
  • Conceptualize campaign vision, original graphics, copy, and content across channel and integrated marketing needs
  • Category expert, who drives a deep understanding of insights to create cut through creative
  • Guard the brand, maintaining lululemon’s visual language
  • Adapt global campaigns for APAC markets
  • Oversee the full life cycle of net-new in-region campaigns including ideation, enrolment, playbooks, execution and review 
  • Ensure a consistent, unified brand experience across multiple mediums and channels including windows, VM, ecommerce, film, social media and advertising 
  • Maintain strong connections with the global Creative team to remain up-to-date with the brand’s creative direction 
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met, workflows are efficient and budgets and resources are managed effectively
  • Develop Creative Briefs, Strategy and Execution based on collaboration with cross-functional partners (marketing, strategy, product, R&D)
  • Identifies Brand Creative opportunities for consistency across channel
  • Drives concept to execution of brand and product storytelling opportunities across channel (insight into creative)
  • Manages and delivers Tier 1, 2, and 3 projects and deliverables
  • Aware of brand & campaign performance and can interpret data to influence creative strategies and executions
  • Responsible for influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teammates
  • Define presentation strategy and approaches, styles and techniques to help deliver buy-in from cross functional partners
  • Organize and lead cross-functional ideation sessions to help buld the creative brief
  • Oversee management of project creative, team coordination, and ensure delivery of high quality production
  • Define team/project timelines, facilitate progress and ensure all projects successfully reach their goals
  • Key input on project/initiative and resource needs for yearly planning (AOP)
  • Responsible for executing projects on-time and on-budget
  • Develops and Drives Creative Initiatives based on Creative Project Needs
  • Identifies opportunities for professional development growth to the team
  • Inspires team - Pushes methods, creative processes and thinking (brand storytelling, and differentiation)

Q
ualifications:
  • 8-10 years of direct experience in creative teams for large retail e-commerce or creative agency/production experience specific to the apparel/footwear industry 
  • Experience working with external creative and production partners
  • Positive approach to problem solving through analytical thinking and operational efficacy
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, with project changes, and reliably meet deadlines
  • A genuine passion for brand creative and creative operations
  • Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, team player, thrives working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail oriented, collaborative, and flexible
