The Supply Chain Strategy and Programs team serves supply chain and enterprise partners by collaborating to develop sustainable strategies and operating models that solve big business problems. core responsibilities

The Change Management Lead, Supply Chain Programs will play a key role in implementing the change management initiatives for Supply Chain projects. They will scope, plan, design and implement change and engagement activities to enable project(s) and support the adoption of changes required by transformation initiatives. This will be in alignment with enterprise frameworks from Organization Effectiveness, and in close partnership with Product Operations to ensure consistency. This person is a strategic change agent, driving change through stakeholder influence, enabling us to achieve our long-term enterprise goals.

 

  • Deliver and implement the change management strategy & approach for Supply Chain Strategy project(s) 
  • Assess and understand change readiness & change impacts and identify key stakeholder groups to inform required activities 
  • Scope, plan, design and implement change and engagement activities (e.g. change impact assessments, leadership alignment, readiness assessments, hyper care & sustainment plans), to enable multi-year program(s) and support the adoption of changes required by transformation initiatives. 
  • Develop comprehensive stakeholder engagement, communications and sustainment plans that support stakeholders throughout the change journey 
  • Work with the Supply Chain Strategy & Programs team in planning & reporting on required change management activities 
  • Identify any change-related program risks and recommended mitigation strategies and collaborate with other team members and partners in the business (e.g., communications, learning/training) throughout the transformation journey to plan and deliver on our transformation priorities 
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design/delivery of change learning programs   
  • Applies a creative mix of new & existing frameworks, methodologies, and tools, in partnership with the Change Management COE, to ensure effective delivery of programs 
  • Support project management activities for specific workstreams as identified with SCSP, including status reporting and tracking, meeting content prep, workstream content creation support (ppt/xls), workback planning, and risk management  
  • Maintain and support use of standard methodology and tools (at project- and workstream-level) 
  • Deliverables include status reports, detailed project plan, project roadmap, stakeholder lists, content for leadership engagement touchpoints
  • Consults on solutions to performance gaps based on sound learning design principles that are outside of the immediate scope design requirements
  • Supports Strategic Initiatives and special projects as needed
  • Potential to work outside normal business hours to support change management activities and global business partners

 

qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in planning and delivering change management activities for transformation projects, ideally in a change management role
  • University, College, Certification or Degree in business, change management, operations, or similar relevant field 
  • Change Management certification or designation desired  
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product management and technology an asset 
  • Experience working in an agile technology environment an asset 
  • Strong communications skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentational.  
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal 
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and operating under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency. 
  • Experience in a vertically integrated, global, specialty apparel retail environment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflicts across workgroups.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to connect learning initiatives with business goals and results
  • Proven aptitude for and interest in leading-edge development tools and technology
  • A team player that truly believes they are successful when the organization is successful

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-107,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
