About this team
As a Compensation Analyst at lululemon, you will partner with the Retail P&C Business Partners as well as with the business, and be responsible for owning a variety of compensation-related duties including bonus calculations, market benchmarking and trend analysis, tracking & reporting of compensation-related metrics, and continuous improvement of processes and policies.
Working with the team, you'll take on interesting projects, while demonstrating your entrepreneurial drive and ability to thrive in a growth environment.
A day in the life
• Participates in the planning, implementation and communication of annual compensation processes
• Support with incentive design and bonus calculations
• Partner with P&C Business Partners to proactively support the North American retail market with compensation queries, processes, and ensuring competitive market positioning
• Support lululemons annual performance management and compensation cycles through data analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and the development of communications
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly audits in Workday
• Prepares and presents summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information to North American Retail Leadership
• Complete weekly job evaluations for roles across the global organization
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience in compensation, ideally in a multinational environment
• Post-secondary degree in a related field (e.g., finance, HR)
• Exposure to HRIS back-end with a curiosity on how the back-end data comes together
• Experience with Workday, Microsoft Excel and other Office software
• Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• High level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000-86,200; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
