About this team

As an APAC Creative Operations Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and streamline the creative production process within our company. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Creative, Brand and Community, Project Management, and Production, to ensure efficient workflows, effective resource allocation, and timely delivery of creative projects. Your role is crucial in maintaining the overall quality and productivity of the creative department. The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, and report to the Senior Manager, Creative Operations and Planning.


A day in the life 

Workflow Management:

  • Implement and execute standardized processes and workflows for the creative team, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate and prioritize creative projects, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to meet deadlines.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize workflow efficiency.


Resource Allocation:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess resource needs for creative projects, including staff, equipment, software, and external vendors.
  • Allocate resources effectively, balancing workload and skill sets to ensure optimal project outcomes.


Project Coordination:

  • Act as a central point of contact for assigned creative projects, liaising between clients, project managers, and the creative team.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure adherence to client expectations and internal goals.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise.


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels with cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  • Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and reviews to ensure alignment and facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and continuous improvement.


Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the creative team.
  • Monitor and analyze project data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, project status, and resource utilization for management review.


Qualifications:
  • Able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a creative agency or marketing department.
  • Strong understanding of creative processes, including design, copywriting, video production, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana or equivalent).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices in creative production and project management.
