About this team
The Digital Marketing Team is a team that works very closely with cross-functional partners, such as E-commerce, Brand and Communication and Retail teams. The team manages a variety of digital marketing channels to drive growth across the full-funnel with a focus on acquisition, retention and reengagement. We are experts in digital and make data-driven decisions to meet KPIs including but not limited to metrics such as reach, engagements, traffic, revenue and ROAS.
A day in the life
The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for delivering and implementing campaigns across the performance marketing channel mix. The key responsibilities are:- Partnering with cross-functional teams, including CRM, Ecommerce and Brand to support broader business initiatives and cohesive experiences across guest journey.
- Develop 360 campaign plans for global, regional or local initiatives.
- Manage creative assets across digital marketing channels and make recommendations for performance optimization.
- Support Kakao integration roadmap by crafting personalized guest experiences based on their behavior, preferences, and engagement history.
- Execute advanced segmentation and creative strategies especially for KakaoTalk channel, utilizing analytics to drive new guest acquisition and improve retention.
- Provide local Korean consumer insights and trends to regional and global counterparts.
- Providing regular analysis on performance across channels including key data points and analytics, providing insights with the team and broader business as well as actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in similar digital marketing roles
- Relevant tertiary qualifications an/or experience
- Understanding of the Ad-Tech ecosystem (esp. Kakao channel) is a plus but not a must.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing principals, platforms and tools
- Proven track record of managing digital strategy and execution across key performance marketing channels.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Demonstrated experience of prioritizing and planning skills to organize and manage projects and communications activities on time and to budget.
- Advanced knowledge of Web Analytics tools and CMS.
- Familiar with industry best practices and market trends.
