FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. We are a stand for high quality work, driving high quality results and living a high-quality life. The retail FP&A team are responsible for forecasting Mainline stores P&L as well as setting store level sales plans and partnering with Retail Ops and other cross functional departments.



A day in the life:

Retail FP&A lead store sales, forecast and manage P&L. The Financial Analyst will support store SG&A planning and analyze variances at month-end close. This role will partner with a variety of different SSC departments and budget holds to set budget, understand variances and identify opportunities and risk. You will communicate impact and risk to key stakeholders across business and internally within FP&A



  • Partner with various budget holders to support budget setting and variance analysis for store P&L

  • Work closely with Senior Financial Analyst and `Manager FP&A to ensure SG&A forecasting processes are continuously improved, including adopting new data visualization tools

  • Support business partners with new initiatives

  • Liaise with procurement and budget holders to ensure cost efficiencies.

  • Scenario planning and impact to P&L, including participating in cross-functional initiatives and ad-hoc projects to provide financial analysis for decision support



Qualifications:

  • +3 years professional financial experience focused on financial modelling and analysis

  • MBA/CPA desirable

  • Previous FP&A experience desirable

  • Complex financial modelling, PowerBI or other data visualization tools desirable

  • Strong analytical problem solving skills

  • Extremely organized, detail oriented and takes pride in quality

  • Excellent team player as well as the ability to work independently

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Retail experience desirable

Workplace arrangement 

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy (see SSC Workplace Program youlu page for an overview):

Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week. Applicants must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the specified work location.

Compensation and Benefits Package  

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000-86,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program , subject to program eligibility requirements.
