ABOUT THIS TEAM

Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon’s overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Operates an electric Powered Industrial Truck (i.e. Order Picker, Reach Truck, Rider Jack, Sit Down Fork Lift) to pick-up, deliver or move merchandise and materials around a warehouse/distribution center location
  • Operates machinery to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials. Performs the following: Picks, pulls, and stacks various amounts boxes of merchandise (up to 50 pounds) onto pallets attached to a lifting device throughout the production schedule
  • Completes daily equipment inspection
  • Will be assigned to a main department, however, may be required to support all areas of the distribution center including but not limited to value added services, receiving, returns, damages, picking, packing, transfers, shipping, and overall movement of inventory as business needs dictate with Forklift Driving tasks and general department tasks
  • Employees may be assigned a new department depending on business needs 
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned by leadership which will include performing non-driving functions within the warehouse
  • Clearly understands expectations and legal requirements of all safety policies within the DC and maintains a safe work environment through our safety program and lean mentality 
  • Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with DC Guidelines and company policies.   
  • Keeps the warehouse clean and always organized

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Order Picker (Cherry Picker) experience of at least 6 months or more. Reach Truck/Forklift experience a plus.  
  • Ability to acquire and maintain Forklift Certification
  • Must be comfortable working at heights, wearing fall protection equipment, and other personal protective equipment (protective footwear, high visibility vest). 
  • Capable of adapting to third party technologies (RF scanners, voice picking and new systems) 
  • Excellent counting skills and detail focused 
  • Ability to meet attendance requirements  
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently  
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment 
  • Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include nights, working required holidays,  weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime
  • Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits Package

Typical Hiring Range: $21.60 - $25.41/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location 
Target Bonus: 5% 
Total Target Base Pay Range: $22.68 - $26.68/hour 
Additional Shift Premiums: $1.00 - $1.25, depending on location
