about this team


Led by the Senior Manager, Partnerships, our Partnerships team is responsible for driving brand awareness, brand familiarity and new guest acquisition outcomes by co-creating and executing shared marketing calendars with key third parties including Franchise, Marketplace, Wholesale and Brand Partnerships. This team acts as the day-to-day contact for all partners, while serving as a conduit to all internal marketing teams. 


a day in the life: what you’ll do


Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partnerships our Franchise Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic alignment of marketing strategies and annual calendars with franchise partners to grow awareness of lululemon in licensed markets. You will manage the day-to-day running of up to two franchise relationships, enabling franchise partners with best practice tools as they expand into new markets. You’ll act as the conduit to internal cross-functional teams, driving process to ensure franchise partners are sufficiently enabled to execute marketing plans in their region. 


  • Oversee alignment of regional marketing strategies and annual calendars to grow awareness and acquire new guests in franchise markets.
  • Attend creative reviews, acting as the brand guardian to ensure marketing activity is delivered to uncompromising brand standards.
  • Be the day-to-day contact for Franchise partners, forging processes to enable information sharing while acting as a conduit to access internal partners.
  • Responsible for the design and delivery of on-boarding programs and market visits for new and existing franchise partners.
  • Manage reporting requirements on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, including post-campaign reporting and analysis.  


Qualifications, skills & experience 


  • 6+ years of relevant in-house and/or agency experience in marketing for a premium brand.
  • Proven experience in international marketing, with franchise experience preferred.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management.
  • Written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, can-do approach to creative problem solving.
  • An active interest in collaborating with international markets and global teams.

  • This role is classified as hybrid under our global SSC Hybrid Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed from the office at least 4 days per week.
