About this team

The lululemon Liaison Office (LLO) team is dedicated to ensuring our products are produced of the highest quality, delivered when we need them, and manufactured with partners who share our commitment to elevating the world. Not only do we manage the production of great, high-quality products, we also build great relationships with each other and with our vendor community. 


A day in the life 
  • Act as office manager handling office procedures and operations, from facilities maintenance, leases, payments, security access cards etc., to ensure the office complies with local labour, tax and reporting requirements
  • Be the main point of contact for the office(LLO/SSC). Hold the relationship with building management for any and be the first go to person for any office facilities and equipment trouble reporting, and ensure all been fixed in a timely manner
  • Partner with cleaning lady to keep office tidiness and well organized
  • Follow up on all related labour department compliance requirements such as insurance renewals, certificate of incorporation updates etc
  • Manages and oversees the corporate budget for Taiwan LLO; Liaise with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) on monthly budgeting meetings and updates.
  • Manages Fun Club budgets and supports coordination of activities
  • Manage Director's and extend support to other leader’s daily calendars and appointments and keeps all informed of attendance obligations or organize meetings and equipment when needed; ensure the travel arrangements and expense reports for office leaders are adherence to budget and policies
  • Responsible for supporting the coordination and follow-up of key meetings, visitors, conferences, training, team events, celebrations etc.
  • Support with legal requirements and mobility team, including document preparation, corporate chop management, and business travel invitations in liaison with the legal team at the regional office and local law firm
  • Work with treasury and tax teams as well as local accounting companies to support finance requirements and negotiates contracts and service level agreements for third-party suppliers and/or service providers; Act as a backup to office accountant, supports on processing invoices and prepare payment in a timely manner
  • Be the critical point of contact for all miscellaneous projects and backup to office IT on troubleshooting issues
  • Be the office ambassador to welcome and host our newlu on their first day office tour.
  • You are deeply attuned to, and aware of the Director’s strategic goals and objectives and support their achievement through sound judgment and decision making.
  • Complete any ad-hoc, duties and tasks/projects as requested/assigned by the Director


Qualifications:
  • Your ideal background: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years experience in an Office Administration role, experience as a Personal Assistant to highly visible, extremely busy lead will be plus
  • You are fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Exceptional communication skills - interaction with various leadership levels internally and globally (a key liaison)
  • Trustworthy – responsible for handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Tech savvy – well versed in PPT, Word & Outlook
  • You are proactive and in action, completing tasks and projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to exercise sound judgment and prioritization
  • Extremely detailed and quality oriented.
  • Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality.
  • Ability to be resourceful and source details required to carry out tasks as assigned.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple critical timelines.
  • Tact, diplomacy, high energy and a sense of humor
  • Personable and approachable at all times
