ABOUT THIS TEAM
Lululemon’s technology services are modernizing, adopting leading-edge methodologies for many initiatives. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) program encompasses strategic planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity and access services across the global enterprise, including Privileged Access Management (PAM). We are currently searching for an experienced Lead Architect to join our team and design, mature, and drive our IAM and PAM roadmaps. The ideal candidate will be an improvement-driven problem-solver with a proven ability to engage and build healthy relationships between cross-functional areas to achieve continuous improvement. A passion for access governance and hardening control designs is key to the success of this role.

For Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Canada is $$148,000-$185,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
