a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Provide day-to-day operational support including triaging legal requests, organising meetings, liaising with external vendors, processing legal invoices, and maintaining accurate internal billing records.
  • Assist in preparing, proofreading, and formatting legal documents. 
  • Manage the circulation, execution, and filing of contracts and other legal documents.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard legal templates for the EMEA region.
  • Review and support the preparation of basic contracts, including non-disclosure agreements under supervision.
  • Conduct research across various legal areas to keep the legal team and business informed of relevant legislative updates.
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials and presentations for EMEA business partners.
  • Collaborate with the Legal Operations Team to support the development of systems and processes to enhance legal service delivery.


qualifications, skills & experience 

  • Previous experience working as a legal assistant, office manager or administrator. In house experience desirable. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive learner with a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
