a day in the life: what you’ll do
- The Strategic Sales, Licensing Lead is responsible for partnering with Universities, Pro Leagues and influential companies that can grow the lululemon brand through distribution of strategic Licensed Products.
- Identify new strategic licenses and develop brand building relationships in new and existing channels, while managing the existing portfolio of partnerships focusing on quality growth (University/Pro League/Agency)
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Production, Design, Product Development, Responsible Supply Chain, Merchandising and Marketing teams.
- Develop and rollout of external facing resources required to educate and inform licensing teams of lululemon process/policy.
- Lead Marketing ideation calls between Licensing Directors, University Marketing Teams and lululemon Marketing/Community teams to support Key Campaigns and Initiatives.
- Confidently track and analyze licensing data for monthly, quarterly and annual reviews.
- Responsible for Major Licensing Agreements to be executed and remain compliant. Escalate and identify any operations shifts needed.
- Maintain strong communication with Licensing Directors/Agencies and ensure seamless experience around business timelines and expectations, and understanding unique needs of each market/account.
- Attend summits/conferences as needed to represent lululemon alongside Manager and peers.

qualifications
- Willing and able to travel within the US and Canada as needed.
- 3+ years experience in a relationship management, sales or customer service role
- You are an independent leader; this is a field-based position
- You have strong computer skills, proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Smartsheets
- Organized and able to manage a calendar
- Passionate about our lululemon product

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

workplace arrangement
This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration and/or office-based work is necessary or important for the role. Work is mainly performed onsite, 4-5 days per week depending on role requirements.
