About this team:
The Exit team is responsible for the inventory management of all exit strategies, focusing day to day on exit channels – outlets, hybrids, warehouse sales, saleable damages, donations/debrand. The goal is to support the business in providing a premium brand experience by planning and executing clearance strategies to maximize sales at the highest possible margin.
As Planning Manager, you lead a team to develop and execute inventory plans for multiple Exit categories, create robust and scalable processes. Seeing the big picture, you navigate the team to targeted results, orchestrating activities that optimize inventory and product flow. You drive process, timelines, and communication mechanisms that support Exit deliverables, collaborating closely with partners in global fulfillment, product management, operations, and the distribution centres.
