About this team

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Trim Merchandising, Taiwan Liaison Office (LLO), this newly created role will be an integral part of the in-region Trim team’s expansion into a strategic location—Vietnam. A key objective of the Vietnam LLO is to ensure regional supply and bulk readiness through MS redevelopment and new vendor expansion. Another important objective is to support issue resolution with in-region trim vendors and FGV.


A day in the life 
  • Serve as the face of lululemon’s Trim team in Southeast Asia, helping to develop and support a strong, reliable trim vendor base.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine the Trim Bulk Production Management program.
  • Provide strategic leadership on in-region production and vendor management, sharing vision and direction with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive internal and external process efficiency improvements through data-driven decision making.
  • Champion lululemon’s core values by fostering strong alignment between FGV and RMV teams across Southeast Asia.
  • Create mid- to long-term strategies for raw material production and vendor management in SEA, including vendor empowerment, capacity planning, and in-country production shifts.
  • Lead and manage trim production projects and initiatives across the SEA region (approx. 15–20 RMVs).
  • Oversee and deliver CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plans with RMVs during issue resolution processes.
  • Collaborate with RMS and RMV teams on capacity validation efforts and implement best-in-class production processes.
  • Establish performance evaluation metrics and KPIs to regularly assess the capability and competence of trim vendors.
  • Lead and coordinate seasonal production, quality, and vendor management activities.
  • Provide critical market intelligence and capacity validation insights to the Sr. Manager.
  • Support the in-region leadership team with strategic initiatives related to trims.
  • Offer leadership guidance to SEA region trim vendors focused on continuous improvement.
  • Partner with upstream cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate production and supply chain risks.
  • Leverage strong data analysis skills to identify trends, drive performance improvements, optimize production capacity, and support strategic decision-making across the SEA trim supply chain


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Textiles, Business Administration- or related field
  • 8 years+ textile or trim experience with at least 5 years in a cross-functional apparel industry Trim role, preferable in a sport performance company
  • Strong knowledge of multiple materials applications with wealth of experiences on identifying production limitations and risk assessment skills
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written in English
