The Digital Marketing team is a tight knit team responsible for the short and long-term performance and growth of lululemon HK Ecommerce business, covering HK, TW, SEA markets, leveraging performance marketing channels. We manage a variety of digital marketing channels to drive growth across the full-funnel with a focus on acquisition, retention and reengagement. We’re experts in digital and make decisions based on data to ensure we strive to hit business KPIs.
a day in the life
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving lululemon’s digital marketing growth by leading paid media strategies across various channels. The key responsibilities are:
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in developing and executing paid media strategies across multiple digital marketing channels, including search, Shopping, display, paid social, display and affiliate that help us reach new audiences, retarget existing guests and drive business success metrics.
- Understand regional and local market trend, consumer behavior, and content preferences to strategize compelling media mix, audience segment and optimal creative asset approaches
- Provide regular, high-level analysis of cross-channel performance. Translate key data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the digital marketing team and the broader business.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including CRM, Ecommerce, and Brand, to ensure media plans support broader business initiatives and deliver a cohesive guest journey.
- Proactively design, test, and scale innovative advertising formats and strategic tactics to drive growth and revenue for our eCommerce channel.
- Manage agency partners effectively by leading briefs, managing creative assets, handling payments, and ensuring all localized ad copies and assets align with industry best practices.
- Develop and execute strategic influencer marketing plans that effectively engage targeted audiences and closely integrate with paid ad strategies.
qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing. (agency experience is preferred but not required).
- Experience managing prospecting and conversion-focused paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels with strong understanding of ROAS.
- Prior experience managing campaigns in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia, with a strong understanding of unique SEA market dynamics
- Proficient in using Adobe Analytics/GA, Power BI, native Marketing Ad Managers
