about this team

The Finance Business Integration team plays a key role in delivering initiatives across lululemon. This team partners with business and technology teams throughout project delivery to support the accuracy of critical financial systems.


We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Finance Business Integrations to support the execution of finance-related components within the Alternate Channels cross-functional program. This role will work closely with the Solutions Manager, Alternate Channels within the Finance Business Integration team and cross-functional partners to unlock scalable finance system capabilities and processes to support the growth of the lululemon’s global B2B business.


core responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and finance requirements to support fulfillment projects.
  • Finance UAT (User Acceptance Testing): Assist in planning, executing, and validating finance-related system enhancements and updates to ensure seamless integration and accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our business partners, finance, supply chain, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure financial operations adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Technology & Systems: Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency in fulfillment operations.


qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in a Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, or Finance Operations role within wholesale operations or e-commerce.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial operations from placing factory purchase orders to receiving inventory and the full order to cash process across different business models on a global scale. 
  • Tax: Familiarity with country specific sales tax models and compliance requirements.
  • Project Support Experience: Ability to support project execution through detailed execution of analysis and management of priorities. 
  • Finance UAT Experience: Familiarity with executing UAT, including methodologies, testing frameworks, and issue tracking for finance-related systems.
  • Problem Solving: Comfortable solutioning complex business challenges with critical thinking, creativity, communication and thoughtful recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with finance, technology, business operations, and supply chain teams.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Experience with identifying areas of improvement and pursuing action to enhance, optimize, or improve processes.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with wholesale order capture platforms, sales tax engines, Oracle RMS, EBS, or other ERPs, financial systems, and project management systems (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar). Experience with accounts receivable system processes would be an asset.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
