The NA Brand Creative team brings lululemon to life through storytelling that resonates with both new and existing guests. We ensure our brand shows up as globally consistent, regionally relevant, and meaningfully differentiated within a crowded landscape. Through visual and verbal storytelling, we elevate the performance of our products and fuel brand love, awareness, and demand across NA.
core responsibilities
Leads and inspires the creative direction and strategy for NA Creative campaigns, key initiatives/moments occurring in-region, brand initiatives and key guest touchpoints. Drives department resourcing, timelines and delivery of creative on time, on budget and in excellence. Leadership, guidance, and development of NA Creative Team. Creative Leader to cross-functional partners (within this role’s portfolio).
CREATIVE OVERSIGHT:
• Define and lead Creative Strategy (Across Workstreams, Categories, and Platforms)
• Lead Creative approach from concept development to delivery and launch, ensuring they align with Brand Strategy and business objectives/goals.
• Responsible for elevating and delivering NA Creative output across Campaigns, Categories, Branded Initiatives, Identity and Events through Digital, Physical, and Retail channels (The Omni Experience)
• Oversee design and execution of all creative assets, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels and mediums, problem-solving creative issues, and providing direction and feedback to Creative Teams.
• Identifies Brand Creative opportunities for consistency across channel
• A key partner to NA Brand Marketing to identify brand and product storytelling strategy and opportunities
• Identifies, manages and directs Regional creative agencies
• Uses market trends, consumer need, and competitive landscape to support creative strategies
• Tracks brand & campaign performance and can interpret data to influence larger creative strategies
• Responsible for influencing and collaborating with cross-functional and regional executive leadership
PLANNING & RESOURCING:
• Work with creative and cross-functional leadership to establish project planning in order to meet brief objectives and creative excellence, on-budget and on-time.
• Develops best-in-class creative process and resource strategies for projects both in-house and externally based on business strategy and roadmap
• Identifies resource and timeline gaps and calendar efficiencies with team and key executive counterparts
• Key input, driver and editor of budgetary, resource and project/initiative needs for yearly planning (AOP)
• Plans resources against project and workstream roadmap
MANAGEMENT:
• Identifies opportunities for professional development growth to the team
• Mentors and Inspires teams - Pushes methods, creative processes and thinking (brand storytelling, consistency, and differentiation)
• Reports progress of projects at major stages to VP, NA Brand Creative.
qualifications
· 10-15 years of relevant experience
· BA, BFA Arts/Fine Arts
· MA, MFA Arts or Fine Arts
· Agency experience
· Client-side experience
· Experience directly leading a team of 10+ people
· Market research and insight gathering experience

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $$187,400-$246,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
