core responsibilities

CREATIVE OVERSIGHT

  • Responsible for elevating Global Brand Creative output across Campaigns, Activities, Branded Initiatives, Identity and Channels (The Omni Experience)
  • Define's Creative Strategy (Across Activities and Platforms)
  • Identifies Brand Creative opportunities for consistency across channel
  • Partners with Brand to identify brand and product storytelling opportunities
  • Identifies, manages and directs Tier 1 & 2 global agencies
  • Uses market trends, consumer need, and competitive landscape and to support creative strategies
  • Tracks brand & campaign performance and can interpret data to influence larger creative strategies
  • Responsible for influencing and collaborating with cross-functional and regional executive teammates
  • Direct Visual Centers (Global)


PLANNING & RESOURCING

  • Work with cross-functional executives and leads to set project deadline and content goals
  • Develops best-in-class creative process and resource strategies for projects both in-house and externally based on business strategy and roadmap
  • Identifies resource and timeline gaps and calendar efficiencies with team and key executive counterparts
  • Key input, driver and editor of  budgetary, resource and project/initiative needs for yearly planning (AOP)
  • Responsible for executing on-time and on-budget
  • Plans resources against Concept Map
  • Develops Global Creative Initiatives based on Project and Business Needs


MANAGEMENT

  • Identifies opportunities for professional development growth to the team
  • Inspires teams - Pushes methods, creative processes and thinking (brand storytelling, consistency, and differentiation)
  • Reports progress of projects at major stages to SVP Brand Creative 

 

qualifications

  • 15-18 years experience
  • BA, BFA, MA, or MFA Degree in Arts/Fine Arts or similar
  • Agency and In-House Experience
  • Client-side Experience
  • Experience managing teams
  • Market research & Insight gathering experience

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $194,300-$255,000 USDannually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
