About this team
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. A day in the life:
Reporting to Senior Manager, FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst supports our APAC product margin planning.- Support monthly and annual product margin planning across all channels and all markets in APAC
- Work closely with APAC product team on projection of markdown and discounts, global inventory team on inventory related provisions – damage, shrinkage, obsolescence, global product team on IMU and freight & duty forecast
- Provide insights and visibility to the business teams and FP&A team on margin variance
- Support on analysis to provide visibility and financial advices to business on decisions that has margin impact
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve the planning process for more robust forecast with better accuracy
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 5-7 years professional experience in FP&A
- Experience with budgeting, planning and performance management, ideally on margin planning
- Experience with Hyperion and PBI a definite advantage
- Professional accounting designation ideal, and not required
- Ability to build, analyze and interpret complex financial reports and projections in MS Excel
