a day in the life

As the senior manager of P&C digital solutions delivery, you will:

  • Lead and develop a team of 20-40 members, including managers, senior business analysts, business analysts, senior functional analysts, and functional analysts.
  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for P&C digital solutions, balancing the delivery of new capabilities with enhancements to existing systems to support organizational and departmental strategies.
  • Ensure optimization of people systems product roadmaps to enhance delivery and employee experience.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to all cross-functional business partners who have submitted requests through the global intake process, providing education, consultation, negotiation, and recommendations.
  • Coach direct reports on the development of P&C technology functional requirements and configuration activities.
  • Incorporate the voice of the employee into P&C technology solution designs to ensure optimal workforce experiences.
  • Approve P&C technology configuration work prior to launch.
  • Manage user acceptance testing and experience testing activities, conducting audits to ensure smooth rollouts and data integrity.
  • Partner with P&C Centers of Excellence and digital & technology managers to synchronize workstreams and manage escalations efficiently.
  • Produce recurring reports on sprint, quarterly, and annual performance of the P&C digital delivery team, providing insights on successes and areas for improvement.

qualifications

  • 7-10 years in an HR technology function focusing on data, system, and process optimization to enable people programs; 5+ years in a people leadership role.
  • Proficiency with Workday HCM (HRIS); experience with Avature (ATS) and Docebo (LMS) is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in leading mindset, people, process, and technology initiatives to drive transformational change.
  • Demonstrated success as a primary project manager and design lead for multiple complex HR technology initiatives.
  • Advanced ability to work collaboratively with and influence multiple stakeholders within and outside of People & Culture.
  • Experience with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and executive communication.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess complex situations and drive effective solutions.
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field; HRIS certification is a plus.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $134,100 – 176,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
