about this team


The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Programs is responsible to: Plan, design and execute significantly complex strategic initiatives, ranging from implementation of cross-functional global business transformations to targeted functional or regional efforts – focused on the delivery of results to achieve service, cost and performance expectations while navigating a rapidly changing business environment. Collaborate across Supply Chain and other functional stakeholders on cross-functional portfolio organization and delivery, including managing the overall portfolio budget for both capital and operating expenditures for their portfolio of projects. Lead a team of project and program managers and oversee the successfully delivery of their portfolio of initiatives.

 

core responsibilities


  • Lead a Supply Chain Programs team to plan, design, and deliver against the strategic program and project portfolios, partnering with key stakeholders and business leaders, and helping to enable business priorities, including growth, guest service and cost improvements. 
  • Manage the SI portfolio budget for both capital and operating expenditures, including collaborating with Finance teams and other partners on cost management, forecasting, and value creation. Assist in the development of business cases to scope and size program and project delivery. 
  • Own the development and maintenance of integrated program and project milestone plans, including change management and communication/coordination with other business functions. 
  • Support establishing a program and project governance model, including reporting, issue/risk management, change management that feeds into the Global governance model. 
  • Partner with the Supply Chain Strategy team to support development of investment roadmaps for people, process, and technology across the initiative portfolio, including planning and supporting strategic planning workshops and supporting developing and presenting content for Senior Leadership Team and Board of Director meetings. 
  • Mentor, coach and develop talent within the Supply Chain Programs team.

 

qualifications


  • B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or related discipline 
  • MBA or other Master’s degree preferred 
  • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field with a minimum of 4+ years in a management role 
  • Experience in Strategy Development, Program Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products 
  • Strong business, leadership, planning and organizing skills; including the ability to provide innovative, strategic ideas to management, communicate value, gain approval and implement effectively 
  • Demonstrated executive-level presence with a proven ability to collaborate with and influence peers, colleagues, and leadership 
  • Proven experience in managing business transformations and programs 
  • Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to manage change, develop, mentor and coach personnel, including experience with cross-functional teams 
  • Strong critical thinking, logical structuring, attention to detail and excellent analytical and communication skills 
  • Excellent facilitation and issue resolution skills; ability to drive consensus 
  • Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines and budgets 
  • Ability to interpret and adjust to situations that involve conflicting goals 
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize work

compensation and benefits package 


lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $145,000-190,300 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
