Global Brand Operations Manager

A DAY IN THE LIFE
The Global Brand Operations Manager is a key integrator across brand, product, and cross-functional teams—enabling world-class brand storytelling and seasonal execution at scale. This role builds the systems, tools, and processes that ensure our global brand work is consistent, efficient, on-time, and aligned to strategic priorities.
You’ll be the connective tissue that turns strategic brand vision into operational reality.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Drive the planning, frameworks, and calendars that keep seasonal brand initiatives aligned across regions and functions
· Develop detailed project plans for each global initiative that consider cross-functional dependancies and channel and regional by-whens
· Facilitate cross-functional milestones to ensure teams have clear inputs/outputs, timelines, and expectations-functional
· Build and evolve processes that increase operational efficiency across brand, creative, and production teams
· Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows, improve visibility, and enable better decision-making
· Partner with cross-functional operations and GTM teams to align on shared ways of working
· Manage timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation plans for global brand projects
· Maintain documentation and central sources of truth across programs
· Lead cross-functional meetings to clarify roles, responsibilities, and next steps
· Communicate updates clearly and consistently to leadership and stakeholders
· Establish reporting mechanisms to track progress, surface risks, and measure operational efficiency
· Ensure brand governance standards are upheld across milestones and touchpoints
What We're Looking For
· Bachelors degree
· 6-8+ years of relevant experience
· Global experience, behaviour and mindset
· Effective and collaborative stakeholder manager across the organization
· Expert negotiator, influencer and relationship builder
· Excellent attention to detail
· Experience working quickly and efficiently, and keeping pace in a fast environment
· Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of challenging deliverables
· Has experience using project management tools, Airtable experience a plus
· Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, team player, thrives working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail oriented, collaborative, and flexible

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
