About this team

The Manager, Supply Chain Reporting & Analytics is responsible for overseeing a team of Supply Chain Analysts to support the Supply Chain leadership team to make fast, effective and data driven decisions through providing access to reports, data and analysis. The Manager, Supply Chain Reporting & Analytics will partner with Global Supply Chain Strategy and Programs leadership to support specific strategic projects, reports, build models, and conduct studies and analyses to help deliver on scaling for growth, building resilience, and optimizing margins.


A day in the life 
  • Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategic direction of the Supply Chain Reporting & Analytics function.
  • Determine the data strategy roadmap, and deliver on data analytics transformation, data science, data governance, data management, or data-related initiative engagements.
  • Build a team of high performing analysts and thoughtfully divide and allocate the roadmap and operational tasks across them.
  • Guide team to synthesize complex problems through data-driven solutions.  May from time to time receive requests in the form of objectives, so will rely on sound judgment in selecting the best methods and techniques to provide effective solutions.
  • Have a solid understanding of product production processes and data so that you can create and execute reports required by supply chain functions at the frequency required. 
  • Extract, transform and visualize structured and unstructured data from a variety of systems, applications and tools.
  • Deliver clear and concise regular reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Support in executing detailed analysis and distilling insights to drive business performance.
  • Interact with Supply Chain functions to understand their KPIs and challenges. Leverage data to drive faster, more transparent, and reliable processes.
  • Assist in scaling reporting and evolving dashboards to meet the expanding data volume and complexity.
  • Represent the organization and collaborate with IT partners on system enhancement and data acquisition requirements to address reporting and business operation needs.
  • Offer creative solutions on how to generate, analyze, parse, and interpret data using sometimes fragmented data sources and systems, injecting intelligent assumptions.
  • Communicate with Global teams to share and learn best practices on how various systems are being upgraded and the impact this will have on reporting.
  • Develop an intimate knowledge of the product calendar and supply chain dynamics so that you can determine how best to support the business through reporting and analytics.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics or related disciplines.
  • 7+ years’ proven experience in delivering business analytics, consisting previous people management/supervisory experience.
  • Strong data manipulation and modeling skills with MS Excel, Power BI and Power Query is required. Knowledge in Power Automate, SQL, Python or R is a definite asset.
  • Extremely organized, thorough, and detail-orientated.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication with excellent command of English .
  • An understanding of components of garment FOB is a plus. Understanding of how mix, sourcing, pricing and other decisions affect overall profitability.
  • Experience in Consumer Supply Chain industry is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and adjust to situations that involve conflicting goals.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and operating under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency.
