lululemon’s Global Brand Creative team is responsible for elevating the brand in a way that drives an inspired understanding of the stories that underpin and uniquely define lululemon. The team develops creative and communications guidelines, frameworks, concepts, and campaign creative that shape how the brand comes to life around the world.

 

core responsibilities

We’re looking for a Producer - Global Brand to partner with our Brand Marketing, Global Brand Experience, Creative Operations and Brand Creative teams to deliver best-in-class photo and video campaigns as well as evergreen content. You will leverage and develop strong partnerships both internally with working teams and stakeholders, and externally with production partners and vendors to bring creative concepts to life. You are a creative problem solver, have a baseline knowledge of digital/channel workstreams, understand the holistic creative process and how to work with creative and marketing teams to bring concepts to life. You are a leader, and have a love of people and production, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be amazingly organized throughout.

 

what you’ll do:

  • Lead the production lifecycle for assigned projects, from brief intake through final delivery, overseeing pre-production, production and post-production
  • Translate creative concepts and marketing briefs into actionable production plans that deliver high quality work on time and on budget
  • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Global Brand Experience, Brand Creative, Creative Operations and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver work that meets business objectives on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard
  • Guide creative teams through content creation and production milestones and decisions gates (in partnership with Creative and Brand Experience Operations) ensuring clarity and momentum throughout
  • Create production approaches that balance creative vision, schedule and budget
  • Proactively identify and manage production risks, assessing impacts and presenting clear solutions; confidently escalate and enroll your manager when alignment or decisions are required
  • Own and manage production budgets in partnership with project owners ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, reconciliation and reporting throughout project lifecycle
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Manage all production paperwork, contracts, permits, and licensing requirements in partnership with Legal, Insurance, and cross-functional partners
  • Source, hire and manage all production partners, creative partners, vendors, and crew, communicating the needs of the project and creative, and acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build and maintain detailed production schedules and multi-workstream timelines, aligning deliverables across internal teams and external agency or production partners
  • Oversee all production logistics and documentation, including contracts, permits, releases, licensing, insurance, and legal approvals, in close collaboration with Legal, Business Affairs, and Asset Protection teams.
  • Maintain a robust roster of production and creative vendors, leveraging industry relationships and sourcing partners that elevate creative execution 
  • Work with leadership and Senior Producers to contribute to the evolution of production workflows, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and support high quality output
  • Onboard, manage, and lead external production partners through pre-production, shoot, and post-production phases, ensuring clarity of scope, expectations, and adherence to established ways of working
  • Support in managing projects through their creative lifecycle, collaborating with working groups, leadership and budget owners to facilitate an on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve production processes, tools, and workflows, driving efficiencies while supporting the growth and evolution of the production function. Work with Manager to document and roll out.
  • Support resource planning, tracking and reporting
  • Assist with toolkit coordination, asset management and trafficking

 

qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant production experience, ideally within an agency, production company or in house brand team
  • Proven experience managing productions from concept through final delivery
  • Experience partnering with multi-disciplinary marketing and creative teams.  Digital experience is a bonus
  • Strong understanding of production workflows, budgeting and vendor management
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed for production

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $87,700– $110,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
