about this team

This function supports our internal Product Creation teams in creating & optimizing system workflows to enable their business processes.  We work to unlock new business capabilities ultimately helping lululemon live into our global growth strategies.  

 

a day in the life of a Product Manager:


Delivery & Execution

  • Responsible for the product management of the PLM system: prioritizing, driving and delivering features and unlocking new capabilities
  • Prioritizes the backlog and ensures visibility to upstream and downstream partners
  • Ensures quality of the product and manages & triages bugs efficiently
  • Anticipates implementation challenges and develops mitigation strategies to minimize risk
  • Contributes independently, resolves complex issues in own specialist area 


Collaboration & Communication

  • Enrolls & communicates business requirements to technical partners
  • Initiates, leads & facilitates business requirements gathering with end-users and key stakeholders
  • Proactively solves potential problems with other functions and avoids unnecessary conflict
  • Collects and analyzes feedback from end users, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products 

qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology or a related field
  • 1-2 years experience as a Product Manager 
  • Experience with retail, supply chain, or PLM technology experience preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to discuss, understand, and simplify technical concepts
  • Familiarity working in agile software development

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,800 - $138,800 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
