about this team

The North America Retail Brand Experience (NA RBE) Project Manager is responsible for leading the work across all pillars of the NA RBE team including Visual Merchandising and Styling, Store Layout, and In Store Marketing from the creation to execution phases within this department.  This role works closely with cross-functional partners inclusive of Store Planning, Merchandising, Store Design, FP&A, Retail Operations, Retail Planning and Analytics, Retail Leaders, and the stores to deliver meaningful work for the NA store fleet. Additionally, this individual will collaborate with partners on quick turn requests; creating plans that are strategic, aligned with regional and global partners and actionable. 

 

a day in the life 

  • Own and manage workstream and budget timelines across the NA RBE functions, collaborating with working groups and budget owners to facilitate on-time and on-budget delivery. 
  • Lead programs from vision to strategy and execution. Define the program metrics, workstreams and deliverables, and ensure coordinated efforts across the organization.
  • Support resource planning, tracking, scheduling working sessions and reporting to senior leaders.
  • Mitigate risk by anticipating various scenarios throughout the course of a project and build actionable plans accordingly with clear recommendation.
  • Monitor, respond and coordinate quick turn requests, partnering with cross-functional teams in the creation of strategy and execution.
  • In partnership with their manager, build, own and maintain processes to improve efficiencies, standards and operations across the functions; collaborate and enroll cross-functional partners as needed.
  • Strong Communication skills: clear and concise written and verbal communication; can facilitate large conversations with ease. 
  • Presentation and enrollment skills: can create content as well as deliver content for many audiences (store to SLT).

 

qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in business, project management or related field required
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in vertical retail, consulting or business management experience
  • Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables
  • Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, team player who thrives in working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong communication skills: clear and concise written and verbal communication, experience in working with multiple cross functional partners (store to SLT)
  • Experience working with Teams, Excel, Smartsheet and Powerpoint

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-107,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
