about this team

The Strategic Programs team is part of the broader Organizational Effectiveness team within People & Culture. This team is accountable for leading highly complex and cross-functional global programs. We partner with leaders across the business to deliver business-critical strategic priorities, with a focus on leading work that drives revenue and/or cost-efficiencies. We are trusted partners and advisors, providing insights and surfacing risks as needed.

core responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting various complex global programs that deliver business-critical strategic priorities and are focused on driving revenue, saving cost and/or improving workplace productivity. 
  • Responsible for the Future of Work COE within P&C, including the development of annual strategy and roadmap, including stakeholder enrollment and alignment.
  • Design of Workplace Program frameworks and policies, including partnership with P&C business partners, other P&C COEs and Employment Legal to advise and consult on policy interpretation.
  • Partnership with Facilities on North America physical workplaces, including SSC design standards, communication on SSC updates, and advisement on employee experience considerations. 
  • Drive all Future of Work enterprise communications, working with Internal Comms, Legal and other stakeholders to gain. 
  • Deliver annual team gathering guidance during AOP process – working with FP&A to provide summaries and recommendations to CPCO and rest of SLT. 


qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional work experience, in global programs, management consulting, and/or project management.
  • Demonstrated track record as a master problem solver and strategic thinker.
  • Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written, and verbal.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn on the job and a 'growth mindset’ 
  • Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $130,800-$171,700 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
