about this role
The Senior Support Analyst, Technology Change Management, is responsible for managing all aspects of Change Management for the Global Technology organization at lululemon. They are responsible for prioritizing change management requests, assessing their impact, and acting as the chair of the Change Advisory Board (CAB). The Change Manager will work closely with other members of the Service Management Office and key stakeholders to drive a continuous improvements strategy for Change Management across the technology organization.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
• Review, prioritize, and assess impact of technology change requests through ITSM tool, ServiceNow, checking for completeness and compliance.
• Prepare, organize and facilitate regular CAB meetings that are efficient and support the organization’s needs.
• Act as the Change Advisor Board (CAB) chair, aiding CAB to accept or reject changes, identify conflicts and to communicate CAB decisions as needed.
• Develop, lead, and maintain a knowledge of change management activities and plans, focusing on continuous improvement approaches through research and analysis.
• Conduct regular Change Management internal audits in alignment with the Technology Change Management Policy, delivering key findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Partner with Incident and Problem Managers to ensure continuous improvements to overall service management health.
• Provide formal and informal guidance to project teams, stakeholders, key partners, and leadership on change management best practices to accelerate the development of change readiness, training roll-out, and sustainment acumen across the Technology organization.
• Build, analyse and deliver Change Management reporting to senior leaders and the wider Technology organization which measure Key Performance Indicators and highlight important Technology services trends.
qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, or a related field or an equivalent combination of experience and post-secondary education.
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 4 Foundation Certification or greater.
• 3-5 years’ experience in ITSM, with a depth of understanding in technology change management practices
• 2-3 years' experience in managing through the ServiceNow Change Management module or similar
• Change Management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills
• Adaptable, flexible, and a self-starter who can be agile and prioritize their workload effectively.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
• Proven ability to excel in a highly collaborative environment.
• Passionate about cross-functional engagement, enrolment, and alignment.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, work under high pressure and deliver high quality results while adhering to tight timelines.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 – $107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
