About this team （チームについて）
Finance team works cross functionally with other teams in the business for bookkeeping and financial reporting, as well as works with our auditors and tax representatives for compliances. We also work closely with retail teams to support retail business operations, reporting and growth. We also support market expansion in the region from finance aspects. This role is reporting to Finance Manager in Japan to support and cowork for business growth.

A day in the life （主な業務内容）
- Enter journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records
- Handle or support shared service center in accounts payable functions independently, including vendor invoice, staff reimbursement and corporate card program
- Prepare supporting documents for monthly closing
- Reconcile account balances and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Assist in preparing documentation for tax return preparation
- Support implementation or enhancement of accounting/expense systems
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
- 仕訳入力および会計記録の管理
- 買掛金業務（請求書、立替精算、コーポレートカードなど）
- 月次決算資料の準備
- 勘定残高の照合および総勘定元帳の維持
- 税務申告資料の準備補助
- 会計/経費システム改善のサポート
- その他付随業務
Qualifications （応募資格）
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Basic accounting knowledge (equivalent to Japan Bookkeeping Level 3 or similar)
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables preferred) and experience of accounting system
- Japanese : Native / English : Read & Write
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Be proactive and comfortable working with both local and remote team members
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- 会計/ファイナンスの学士号または同等の経験
- 簿記3級程度の会計知識
- Excel（VLOOKUP、SUMIF、ピボット）
- 日本語：ネイティブ、英語：読み書き可能
- コミュニケーション能力と自主性
- 正確性と細部への注意
