about this team 

Finance Systems & Projects (Finance Business Integrations) team connects possibilities to numbers. This team is the business project integration management office for Finance. This team supports global cross-functional initiatives by specializing in end-to-end technology solutions design, implementation and integration of enterprise business systems with financial and inventory systems. This team is essential to the rapid spin-up of new guest experiences in retail, digital, new channels and international growth. This team also partners on the expansion and optimization of global fulfillment, supply chain and trade programs. The team ensures timeliness of financial reporting, accuracy of data and integrity of internal controls. core responsibilities 

a day in the life: what you’ll do:  
 • Collaborate on the design of, testing and launches of the latest business capabilities and platforms, validating solutions to accurately capture sales and inventory costs and units for  accounting, tax and internal controls.  
 • Design scenarios to perform Finance UAT (user acceptance testing) to validate requirements and accuracy in Oracle RMS including extracting data using SQL and analyzing data.  
 • Collaborate with global cross-functional projects - up to 20-30 concurrent projects per year.  
 • Liaise and coordinate intakes between business-sponsors, project leaders, project / program management and product managers and corresponding technology teams with gathering requirements, and evaluating system options.  
 • Key business outcomes are system changes and a smooth launch without impacting finance processes, controls and / or accuracy.  
 • Coordinate schedules and priorities with team members (other Finance Business Solution Managers and Analysts)  
 • Lead and contribute to team process improvements. 

 

qualifications 

You are analytical, focused on quality, solutions-oriented, thrive on complexity and think critically.  
 • Strong, effective and proactive communicator, able to pivot between technical specifications to business and financial terms. Able to lead meetings and have clear written communication.  
 • Education - business, accounting, management information systems, business technology, computer science, statistics, data science, analytics or financial information systems degree. In progress of working towards, or having an accounting designation - CPA (CGA, CA, CMA) or equivalent is a strong asset.  
 • 7+ years working in a fast-paced multi-national corporate environment (complex, high change, project-based, matrixed, and agile).  
 • Fast learner, organized, high attention to detail, committed to quality from requirements to user acceptance testing.  
 • Experience with systems integrations and enterprise planning systems (ERP) implementations particularly in inventory, manufacturing, supply chain (include trade and customs, import / export), warehouse, logistics, RFID systems, revenue point of sales and order management systems in an IT Consulting, Business Analyst, Functional Lead (asset: Oracle Retail, Manhattan).  
 • Excellent team player and ownership mindset  
 • History of owning multiple cross-functional projects, process improvement, automation initiatives.  
 • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Copilot and collaboration tools (Atlassian - JIRA, Confluence) and Smartsheets.  
 • Working knowledge of SQL and query logic.

Compensation and Benefits Package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$112,000 - $147,000 the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
