About this team

The Learning + Leadership team is a global team of learning professionals specializing in learning design, delivery, learning platform management, and program management.  We are responsible for all types of learning including onboarding, functional, leadership, and personal development.  We support our retail store teams, call centers, distribution centers and our head office teams across the world.  We support lululemon’s long- and short-term goals and objectives by partnering with the business to get the right people, the right learning, in the right way, at the right time!


A day in the life

  • Manage the integrity of the organizational structures, content standards, workflows, and content management strategy within lululemon's Learning Platform.
  • Support learning content uploads (including tagging, testing, and troubleshooting).
  • Support with launching learning to appropriate audiences (using the pre-determined organizational structure and business rules).
  • Support and coach Learning and Leadership employees on how to optimize new learning platform features, enhancements, and functionality.
  • Manage weekly to bi-annual processes that include reports, updating documents to company standards, and content audits resulting in updates, vendor contracts, or archiving content.
  • Monitor learner engagement and reports on key performance indicators around usefulness and adoption
  • Assign and launch learning content assets to global users

 

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary coursework or certifications relating to learning management systems administration or equivalent experience.
  • One-two years of experience coordinating a learning platform, preferably Docebo.
  • Basic understanding of eLearning content, including SCORM and AICC, as well as scoring and completion as it relates authoring tools and LMSs.
  • Supported a learning platform implementation as a Coordinator or Administrator (asset).
  • Proficient with using various software and systems, including Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Technical skills including troubleshooting content related issues and understanding how to manage the user side support - reviewing tickets, prioritizing tickets based on severity, resolving issues with users and LMS governance around those issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits Package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $60,000 – 67,000 annually the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program.
