about this team  

Reporting to the SVP of Product Solutions, Supply Chain and Corporate Systems, the Technology Operations Senior Manager drives operational rhythm to ensure seamless orchestration to drive leadership alignment, driving the rhythm of business across the organization,  with a focus on facilitating leadership meetings (VP+), facilitating business reviews for portfolios under the SVP’s scope, providing technology updates, and analytical support on team budgets/financials. 


A day in the life:

As a key strategic partner to the SVP of Product Solutions, Supply Chain and Corporate Systems, the Senior Manager, Technology Operations will: 


  • Drive Strategic Execution: Partner with the SVP and leadership team to translate vision into actionable plans, align priorities, and monitor progress.
  • Act as Key Liaison: Serve as the SVP’s primary point for requests, triage priorities, and coordinate delivery across VP teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead Operational Rhythm: Own quarterly business reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic offsites; design agendas and ensure follow-through on decisions.

  • Enable Communication & Partnerships: Build strong cross-functional relationships and craft narratives that articulate vision and progress to senior leadership.
  • Support Financial & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with FP&A and Tech Ops on budgets, and partner with TPMO and global regions to drive process improvements.

qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field AND 7+ years of work experience.
  • Strong technical and analytical acumen with the ability to self-serve and become a go-to person for reporting and analytics. 
  • Detail and results-oriented, self-directed and accountable with strong project management and execution skills demonstrating the ability to drive results across a distributed set of stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including an ability to communicate clearly and concisely supporting or working closely with executives  
  • Experience leading and developing a dynamic team focused on support, operations, and planning within technology environments

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $166,200 - 218,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
