about this team

The People & Culture (P&C) Business Partnering team delivers strategic guidance to enhance organizational effectiveness, support employee relations, advance performance management, and strengthen leadership development.

Serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership, including up to the Senior Vice President level, this role collaborates with Centres of Excellence to create comprehensive people plans and leads a team of more than two Advisors to implement initiatives and provide business support. As an integral part of the leadership team, it drives talent strategy and organizational effectiveness at scale across either a region or a major business function.

core responsibilities

Consultation & Collaboration

  • Serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders (up to SVP)
  • Lead regional or functional people strategies
  • Represent voice of business to P&C CoEs
  • Translate enterprise strategies into localized action plans
  • Oversee delivery of core cyclical programs (e.g., engagement, performance, rewards)

Organizational Design & Development

  • Lead large-scale OD initiatives (cross-functional, global Technology)
  • Project manage OD changes with stakeholders and CoEs

Programs, Initiatives & Change Management

  • Lead Talent Enablement program for Technology, across regions
  • Lead all aspects of change for major org initiatives
  • Champion enterprise-wide P&C programs within region/function

Talent Management

  • Own succession planning and leadership development for key roles
  • Lead talent reviews and high-potential identification
  • Support VP+ talent acquisition, onboarding, and integration

Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal P&C policies across the region.

IDEA

  • Model and embed IDEA principles across teams and programs
  • Coach leaders on inclusive practice of leadership

Strategic Impact: Designs and leads regional strategies with broad functional impact.

Change Management Scale: Leads cross-functional or regional change initiatives.

Data & Analytics: Leverages data for talent forecasting, program evaluation, and regional insights.

Stakeholder Influence: Influences VPs and above and cross-functional leaders.

qualifications

  • 8-10+ years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in senior BP roles and team leadership, preferably in technical environments.
  • Strategic thinking using data insights and informed decisions
  • Leading change at all organizational levels
  • Coaching and influencing leaders for development
  • Program management from roadmap definition to delivery
  • HR development with practical policy and legislative knowledge

Compensation and Benefits Package  

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $130,800-$171,700 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
