About this team

 

The Global Logistics and Trade Technology department is committed to unlocking business potential with our Global Fulfillment and broader Supply Chain partners. Supporting both vendor and propriety systems the teams provide solutions to enable our partners in streamlining the lifecycle of product movement from our manufacturers to our DC’s, from our DC’s to our stores and guests as well as international trade across logistics and settlement activities including but not limited to components such as product classification, import/export process management and commercial invoice information.

 

A day in the life: 


The Systems Analyst analyzes technology systems and related processes to identify and design improvements and support critical systems within the Global Trade Technology team. Coordinates with engineering/systems team to develop the most cost-effective solution on complex, high-impact efforts.


    • Attend daily stand-up calls to review open analysis/configuration and support tickets
    • Translates business requirements to functional and technical requirements
    • Contributes to planning and implementation for new applications and systems
    • Performs configuration of application components
    • Review ServiceNow ticket queue and drive issues to resolution based on priority 
    • Own problem management for enduring support issues, including partnering with Dev and QA 
    • Monitors system performance and recommends enhancements for underperforming areas
    • Applies in depth knowledge of applications to drive resolution of cross-application troubleshooting or problem-solving across teams and systems
    • Documents technical solutions to identified problems 
    • Be part of critical support PagerDuty rotation to ensure business continuity  
    • Attend Post-Mortems and work on action items from deployment defects
    • Engages with engineers to design/configure solutions
    • Updates technical specs based on testing, prioritized defects or post-release lessons learned
    • Supports communication for application/system deployment
    • Works to ensure application availability and SLAs for operational readiness
    • Support and optimize supply chain SaaS and in‑house platforms — including Infor Nexus, E2Open, WMS, and parcel engines — to ensure seamless operations and data flow across the supply network. 
    • Conduct detailed business rules analysis to identify, configure, and implement system logic that aligns with evolving operational requirements.
    • Provide ongoing configuration and support, resolving issues, fine‑tuning processes, and enhancing platform performance to drive efficiency and accuracy in supply chain execution.

 

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent
    • 1+ years systems analysis experience
    • Experience in SQL, PostgreSQL, Postman API
    • Troubleshooting experience with REST API’s, Kafka, Splunk as well as AWS S3
    • Experience creating technical specifications and documentation for large, complex projects
    • Knowledge of various project lifecycle methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.)
    • Proven experience with application configuration
    • Proven experience with system/application implementation

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,800-$138,800; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
