Strategic Sales creates authentic and exciting retail touchpoints across North America that ignite positive guest experiences, and create a lasting brand impact beyond our vertical channels. We partner with accounts to amplify lululemon’s reach by growing meaningful relationships and showcasing our transformative product in the most authentic, connected, and engaging spaces in the industry.

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating the strategy and driving the business in our Key and Independent wholesale accounts
  • Responsible for developing strong account relationships across North America

  • Responsible for ensuring the proper org is set up to deliver to KPI's and aligning with company strategy within the channel and with cross-functional departments (example-FP&A, merchandising, planning and brand)
  • Responsible for signing off on strategic financial planning (AOP and quarterly) and channel product buys 9-12 months out
  • Responsible for ensuring the Key and Independent account strategy is fueling  the broader enterprise vision and goals
  • Responsible for creating strategy and execution with cross-functional partners regarding new business opportunities such as collabs and regional partnerships 
  • Lead a team of direct reports including performance management, development and day to day management 
  • Drives to overall sales goals as well as drives traffic to lululemon owned vertical channels
  • Build and lead a high performing team 

qualifications

  • University Degree or equivalent 
  • 10+ years in retail leadership and strong wholesale business acumen and experience
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally and aligning at a senior level leadership capacity around future strategy and key initiatives
  • Experience in leading large teams both remote and in person
  • This role is based in Los Angeles, Ca.

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $155,400-$203,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
