about this team

The Loyalty team is responsible for the strategy and end to end ownership and delivery of unique loyalty strategies and programs to drive guest connection, spend, retention and lifetime value. The team is fast paced and agile, getting things done quickly while always putting the guest and guest experience first. 

 

core responsibilities

As the Loyalty Strategy Lead, you will support the evolution of our loyalty programs. Reporting to the Manager, Loyalty Strategy, this role focuses on developing strategy to deepen member engagement, optimize benefit performance, and inform the design of new guest experiences. You will collaborate across teams to bring strategies to life and use data insights to drive measurable impact.


Strategy and planning

  • Support strategic planning and roadmap development for loyalty programs
  • Develop executive level presentations and materials on program strategies and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on planning and execution
  • Conduct market scans and guest research, collaborating with insights and innovation teams to inform program evolution
  • Support with our annual and strategic planning process

 

qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in management consulting or corporate strategy
  • Highly effective communicator with strong storytelling and presentation skills, must be able to produce decks & materials, which can be consumed by Senior Leaders
  • Able to work with limited direction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple time sensitive deliverables; can motivate self and stakeholders across the organization on our vision through changing priorities and aggressive deadlines

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 - 107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
