About this team

The Digital Marketing Team is a team that works very closely with cross-functional partners, such as E-commerce, Brand and Communication and Retail teams. The team manages a variety of digital marketing channels to drive growth across the full-funnel with a focus on acquisition, retention and reengagement. We are experts in digital and make data-driven decisions to meet KPIs including but not limited to metrics such as reach, engagements, traffic, revenue and ROAS.  


A day in the life 
  • Own and lead full-funnel media strategy to achieve both brand and business objectives
  • Lead digital performance marketing across key media channels such as Paid Search, Social, Media, Affiliate and Influencer marketing 
  • Analyze and optimize digital performance campaigns towards KPIs
  • Manage budget allocation across channels to drive scale and impact
  • Own and develop LINE strategy from customer lifecycle design, personalized content to technology roadmap that support a localised customer experience
  • Lead agency and vendor relationships to build strong partnerships that deliver results
  • Champion innovation by staying ahead of digital marketing trends across categories to generate insights for new digital marketing strategies to accelerate lululemon’s growth 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing efforts align and are lockstep with the brand and product strategies


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in online marketing for a leading consumer brand or tech company 
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications an/or experience
  • Proven track record of managing media strategy and budgets across key marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated experience of prioritizing and planning skills to organize and manage projects and communications activities on time and to budget.
  • Strong communication skills and experience leading cross-team collaboration and projects.
  • Familiar with industry best practices and market trends. 
  • Experience in managing a team and external agency partners.
