about this team

The Construction team within Store Development supports the development, budgeting and execution of all brick-and-mortar development across North America. The team delivers against the defined real estate Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for mainline, optimisations and renovations, and supports the existing store fleet through minor works, initiatives and roll outs.

 

core responsibilities 

The Project Administration Coordinator provides critical administration, financial, procurement, and inventory support to the Construction team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Construction Services. This role ensures operational efficiency across construction projects through effective collaboration, process management, and system expertise.

 

  • Act as the go-to person within the Construction team for company financial systems including Coupa, Kofax, and Oracle.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact between internal business units and external vendors to ensure seamless financial transactions and processes.
  • Creates Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in support of project deliverables as directed by and on behalf of Construction team members.
  • Manages outstanding liabilities by applying proactive invoice receiving practices; troubleshoots and resolves invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to streamline the procure to pay process, identify recurring invoicing issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor overall financial reconciliation process to ensure timely project closure and alignment with fiscal year-end requirements.
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure process updates and standards are effectively communicated and adopted.
  • Support procurement activities including vendor onboarding/offboarding, contract renewals, and RFP initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate CapEx inventory forecasting and management across North America.
  • Provide administration support to the Construction team, including utility account setup and closure, security bookings, and other operational logistics
  • Support the execution of small-scale construction projects such as temporary stores, agile pop ups, minor works, and strategic initiative rollouts as required.
  • Perform additional project and/or program tasks and assignments as required by the company.

 

qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in project or program administration within retail/commercial development environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a nice to have.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet.
  • Hands-on experience using financial and procurement systems such as Coupa, Kofax, Oracle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously across various stages.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with a proactive approach to optimising processes and enhancing team and partner performance.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognises exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,300 – $72,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
