In-Region Supply Chain Technology team enables Lululemon's supply chain from finished good production to distribution and logistics through innovative technology solutions. Our purpose is to empower the organization to drive innovation and deliver on its strategic vision that includes optimized sourcing, manufacturing and fulfillment processes, cultivating a responsible supply chain while ensuring a superior product and service quality. core responsibilities

  • Creating and Building domain driven microservices that are resilient, scalable, and available for the enterprise vision.
  • Design, implement, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Debug and resolve software defects, ensuring optimal software performance.
  • Develop scalable and secure RESTful APIs for various applications and systems.
  • Implement data security and protection measures in API development.
  • Integrate Java applications with databases to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the application and APIs.
  • Optimize code for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Provides technical oversight and guides teams to resolve complex and severe technical issues.
  • Supports one or more moderately to highly complex business processes.
  • Mentor new team members and help team to understand requirements.
  • Good understanding of Event driven framework (Kafka) and hands-on experience on postman and swaggers.
  • Good understanding of micro-service framework.
  • Assists in testing and participates in test phases prior to UAT.
  • Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Hands-on experience in building web application.
  • Hands on with tools like Service Now, Jira, Gitlab, AWS.
  • Should have strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and supporting Kafka-based systems.
  • Good practical experience with Kafka producers, consumers, and event-driven architectures.


qualifications

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot applications.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Angular.
  • 2+ years of working experience in AWS.
  • 4+ years of experience in Apache Kafka
  • Bachelor’s in technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience using Splunk, including writing and optimizing queries.
  • Proven experience in Java development, including Java EE technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in Angular development.
  • Experience with Manhattan WMS or supply chain platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Restful API design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with API security and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
  • Familiar with database design and integration (SQL, JDBC, ORM frameworks).
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $136,200 - $170,200annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus programs, subject to program eligibility requirements.
