Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

about this team

The lululemon enterprise transformation (ET) team is lululemon's transformation office that exists to make sure lululemon’s strategy comes to life. We are a diverse team of internal advisors, facilitators, designers, and momentum-drivers who work across all lululemon’s functions and geographies. We focus on developing trusted partnerships and a deep understanding of lululemon’s operations to identify and prioritize opportunities to support operating model and process transformation, enterprise investment planning, and cross-functional program delivery – all in service of bringing lululemon’s strategy to life. Our work makes a huge, scalable impact – both for the performance of our business and for our fellow employees’ lives. The most important factor in our ability to make that impact is finding talented, versatile, and motivated people like you who are eager to learn and grow and contribute to making real and lasting change for lululemon and its community.
